Pre press machine
Pre press is a component of oil extraction equipment, mainly used for simple extraction of oil in the early stage.
Equipment features: high output, bright color of cake and meal.
What should we pay attention to after the oil press is in operation to ensure its good condition?
Firstly, we should pay attention to the lubrication condition of the oil press after 50 hours of operation. The oil cup on the gearbox should not be short of oil. The bearing inside the adjusting screw of the source press screw shaft should be extracted from the adjusting screw hole and filled with butter once. Dry grinding is strictly prohibited. This can ensure the good performance of the oil press.
Secondly, we should pay attention to preventing dust and other impurities from entering the lubrication parts. The quality of the gearbox oil should be checked once a year. If any deterioration is found, all the oil should be replaced. This can ensure the normal operation of the oil press and its good condition during operation.
Secondly, when the oil press is running, it should be noted that when the pressing amount decreases and the cake or oil output is abnormal, the screw shaft should be pulled out to check the wear of the screw, strip, cake head, and cake outlet. Worn parts should be replaced in a timely manner.
After each operation of the oil press, we should check and clean it in a timely manner, remove the residual cake inside the machine, and wipe off the dust and oil stains on the surface of the machine.
During the operation of the oil press, maintenance should be carried out according to the long-term storage after the end of the production season. The press screw, press strip, and cake head should be disassembled, washed, and re oiled, and placed in a dry place.
After each oil extraction, remove the screw shaft to clean the residue, and use a dry cloth and cotton swab to scrub the screw shaft to prevent blockage.
The above are some tips and methods for the oil press after operation, so we need to pay attention to some problems that may occur during the use of the oil press to ensure its normal maintenance after operation.
